Recycling Equipment | FB Series Foam Densifiers
The FB Series systems were designed to fit a range of customer needs based on their processing requirement of scrap foam. They are larger models which work well for locations that generate higher volumes of foam. These systems have a blower, hopper, gravity-fed extruder(s) and a pre-breaker to shred and break up the foam.
FB-205
The FB-205 is a complete system with single extruder. It is designed to shred and densify expanded polystyrene, polyethylene and polypropylene. It processes 300-350 lbs. per hour of loose foam, depending on the foam type and density. Volume reduction of the foam is approximately 90 to 1.
